McCall Group provided Owner’s Representative Pre-Construction Phase services for the developmentof Seed Capital’s planned transformation of a 24-acre brownfield site Louisville, Kentucky. The project promoted opportunities for urban tenants and local farmers and offered employment opportunities for local residents. The proposed plan included approximately 130,000 SF of new construction and significant site improvements to benefit the surrounding community. McCall Group worked with a large project team including world renowned design architecture firm OMA as well as an executive architecture firm GBBN to assist in bringing Seed Capital’s vision to West Louisville.
