VA Medical Center – Stonybrook
Client:
McCall Group provided Owner’s Representation Services for the VA Medical Center Stonybrook in Jeffersontown, KY. This is the newest facility in the area operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and functions as a medical clinic for veterans. The project consisted of the complete design and tenant fit-up of an existing shell building meeting the strict requirements of the federal government. Opening in May of 2019, the project was delivered on an aggressive 120-day timeline to coordinate with logistics of relocating from an existing operating facility.
The result?
A needed first-class medical facility that serves the community and the Veterans who live in it. The building offers a new, clean environment and ample parking for patrons.
