St. Xavier Callahan Media Center

McCall Group provided Owner’s Representation Services for the St. Xavier Callahan Media Center Renovation and Addition in Louisville, KY. This project is the latest facility upgrade on St. X’s campus and involved a 73,300 SF renovation, a 10,000 addition for an aging building that was a much-needed improvement for the students and faculty. The project consisted of the complete design and FF&E fit-up of existing library, additional classrooms, closure of an internal campus road to make way for a shared common area, and significant associated site work. Opening in August of 2021, the project was delivered in 2 phases with a carefully planned timeline to coordinate with logistics of working with and around an operating school environment.
The result?
A state of the art educational facility that will serve the students and faculty for years to come. The building showcases the latest in educational technology and facilities to foster learning.
