McCall Group provided complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of 21c’s second location in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The project consisted of the historic rehabilitation of a 100-year-old, 160,000 SF structure back to the building’s original use as a high-end hotel in Cincinnati’s urban core. After successfully managing the 21c hotel in Louisville, 21c Museum Hotels entrusted McCall Group to bring their vision to Cincinnati.
The result?
In November 2012, the 21c brand opened their 2nd hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, with 156 guest rooms and suites, an 8,000 SF contemporary art museum, restaurant, and bar.
