The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience
Client: Heaven Hill Distilleries
McCall Group provided Owner’s Representation Services for The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, a distillery, tourist attraction, and retail shop. The project consisted of complete renovation an historic 5-story, 21,000-square-foot building, with a manufacturing operation within the 22-foot-wide building. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, so it needed to be retrofit to accommodate the micro-distillery, while keeping the historic feel.
The result?
The first major tourist attraction of its kind in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, with the historic character of the building kept largely intact.
