The Owners of 21c Lexington, LLC had a vision to create a full-service hotel and contemporary art museum in a historic structure. McCall Group made their idea a reality by providing complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of the 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Lexington.
The project consisted of a historic rehabilitation of the Fayette National Bank on Main Street.
The result?
A 88-room full service hotel and a 7,000 SF contemporary art museum along with a world-class restaurant, Lockbox, seating approximately 110 patrons adjoining a lounge and bar.
