McCall Group provided complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of 21c’s newest location in the River North region of downtown Chicago, IL. The project consisted of the conversion and renovation of the 93-year-old, 190,000 SF building into a rebranded 21c Museum Hotel
The result?
In February 2020, the 21c brand opened its 9th hotel, with 297 guest rooms and suites, a 10,000 SF contemporary art museum, a full-service spa, 24-hour fitness, and a full-service restaurant and bar.
