The Owners of West Main Museum and Hotel, LLC had a vision to create a full-service hotel and contemporary art museum in a historic structure. McCall Group made their idea a reality by providing complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of the 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Louisville.
The project consisted of a 100,000 SF historic rehabilitation of five 130-year-old load-bearing, masonry structures into the #1 hotel in the United States, as voted by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler.
The result?
A 90-room full service hotel and a 5,000 SF contemporary art museum along with a world-class restaurant seating approximately 150 patrons adjoining a lounge and bar.
